Apparently my problem is different - it seems that Vodafone cannot keep track of the packages they send - especially when they send to the wrong address (twice).
My STB serial number does not match with my account...so @grantt seems to be making it work...Thanks!
I’ll let you know if we get it working...

The same issue, brand new box and connects to the internet OK, next step both SA002 and SA005 fault, Ninja from India has booked an engineer to come and fix :-(

Hopefully, I will get a visit Wednesday 29/10 from a Vodafone Technician to sort out after a 12-day saga of no set box TV, thank you for your offer to assist much appreciated
