Having just received my latest Vodafone bill, the discount for the Vodafone TV Box failure is added to the monthly total, 'thank you'. But if this failure is admitted by Vodafone, then it will be costing them and not us 'the end users' a reasonable amount of money each month until the failure is fixed, (not that they can't afford it). Admitted it once, then it has to be honoured each month.
