Most days I get this error, I can still watch Netflix or YouTube and every other device in the house doesn't lose connection. Vodafone just tell me to reboot it and doing that fixes it for a day then it drops again. Any ideas? Change to Sky TV? Cheers!

Are you using the Vodafone NZ DNS sever settings?
You have not given us much information to work with, Not even the type of modem / router you are using

I have an Asus modem RT AC5300
I have a Prosafe switch jgs524pe.

I can't see this been a Vodafone issue and have you tried using the Vodafone AP into the ONT to see if the same issue happens?

Hi, they asked me to reboot everything lol Which does fix it for a while.
I have not tried the Vodafone router, I have a very complex (for me) interface in managing the Asus unit, so there may be something in there that needs tweaking.

Hi, how do I do that? I can log into the router and have access to lots of settings, but dont know where to look for that.
