Also having issues with TV2. managed to get some channels back by switching off the modem etc but this is Bullsh*t. I had a major battle with Vodafone over their tv service almost a year ago, and things seemed good once we worked everything out. now this happens... step up your game vodafone. No updates to the system since rolling it out?? your lacking badly

For me, tonight I could not connect to channels 2, 3 and 4 for quite a long time. Kept showing the msg that either the connection was not working or could not connect to the server. Yet all other channels worked OK. Like others, my connection to TVNZ news dropped out a couple of times, and the only way I can find to reconnect or get things working in such a situation is to turn off the box or pull the plug on the range extender and plug it back in. All very frustrating. And programs I had set to record last night are simply not there, as well as a couple recorded in very recent days, have also disappeared. An already unhappy camper getting increasingly angry!

I'm getting this same message on a recorded program. We were watching the recording, it froze, and ever since can not resume watching the recording or delete it.
The program is QI on UK TV from 7:30PM Wednesday evening if that helps.
NB: This error message is not incuded on the Error Codes section of the Help Page linked.

I recorded Poldark on Prime last week and when I try to watch it I also get this message.. I can watch all other recordings. Is it a Prime problem. Now, how am I going to watch the final of Poldark. Really annoying!!

Catch-up programs and recordings are unavailable for all services that experienced loss during this outage last week.

I recorded a prog on another channel at the same time and was able to watch that so it seems not everything was affected.

Yes not all channels were impacted during this outage. The channel your recording at the time was successful on must not have been impacted by this outage .
