Who do I have to contact to get a response to my complaint?? I've gone through the complaints process, absolutely useless and still unresolved, I've made contact with your ninjas, nothing but misinformation and useless reassurances, called via phone, equally incompetent and told I can't speak with a manager because they're all busy lol one person tried to phone me back, I was at work and told them best time to call me, they never did and that was 5 weeks ago. Finally received an email 9 days ago with no resolution just more bs and nothing since then lol
I'm not going to repeat my whole complaint because it's all available on file (or it should be if it has been casenoted by staff) from last 7 weeks. I also have references and email trail.

Good luck! I too have had nothing happen with my issues.
For years I laughed at the sh*t Consumer reviews about Vodafone service as I had great support (should that read, no issues) Then Vodafone updated the firmware on my Ver1 VTV and suddenly all support disappeared and all complaints fall on deaf hears, even here...
