Customers in Avalon may currently be experiencing a partial or complete loss of HFC/broadband / TV services. This issue has been identified as a high priority by our tech teams, who are currently working to resolve this. While we do not yet have a resolution timeframe, our technicians are working their hardest to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Our Fibre services and Mobile network, is not affected. All fixed services restored in Avalon If you are still experiencing any loss of service, please give your Vodafone service team a call as soon as possible. Between 01:27 09-12-2018 and 05:32 09-12-2018 our HFC/ broadband TV services in Avalon were impacted by an outage. Customers in the area may have experienced a partial or complete loss of services during this time. Our Fibre service/ Mobile network, was not affected. Although everything is now back up and running, we recommend you check any monitored alarms or any other critical services you may have running on these networks, to ensure they are operating as per usual.
