A number of times I have tried to use the Vodafone Chat webpage to get help
It comes up with a page that may say Business Mobile, or Broadband.
BUT IT'S LYING.
The chat has only EVER connected me to the billing people. Who CANNOT help. They have no idea about tehcnical things, or even how accounts work apparantly.
And even worse, they don't say they are from billing. They act as if they can help, and then are incompetent in that task.
You, Vodafone, are making your customers incredibly angry.
STOP LYING on your website about who a chat session will connect to.
