I had a paradise account which is currently forwarding to my new outlook account.
Emails are coming through to outlook fine, except for ones from a game I play called Fortnite.
I have raised a ticket with their comany, Epic Games, but they are notorious for abysmal customer support, often taking weeks before replying to a ticket, let alone working to fix it.
Is there anything I can do or check on the Vodafone side to confirm these emails aren't being blocked as spam?
They are likely coming from an "@epicgames.com" address.

Could you message me with the details i.e. the address the emails should be coming from then I can ask our email team to check if being caught in the Paradise filters.
