From time to time we may temporarily suspend or restrict a Service so that we can carry out maintenance and development work on the Network.  We will always try to ensure that we give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable and that such suspensions or restrictions take place outside normal business hours.

You can choose to regularly visit this post, or we would recommend that you subscribe (big red button below). This way, any time we post about upcoming maintenance in this region, you will receive an email letting you know.

Please also note that the maps included in each post cover an indicative area of the potential outage and are not meant to show exactly where the outage will be.

UPDATE: Un-Planned outage on our mobile network
While our technicians are working their hardest to restore the fault in your area, customers in Northland may still be experiencing a complete loss of <2G/3G/4G> mobile services.

If you are still experiencing any loss of service, please give your Vodafone service team a call as soon as possible.

Although everything is now back up and running, we recommend you check any monitored alarms or any other critical services you may have running on these networks, to ensure they are operating as per usual. If they are not, please get in touch with the alarm service provider.>
