Hi, yes thanks have done that turn off & on with both phones. There us no reception for the phones on one area of hawera, but on the other side of town both phones have a signal & work fine.

Cool so pleased u have confirmed there is a Vodafone problem with the network in Hawera, how long will it to get fixed?

Unfortunately a fire at our Hawera cell site on Sunday afternoon has caused a loss of mobile services in the surrounding areas. The Hawera cell site is a transmission hub for two other cell sites, and therefore Vodafone customers in Hawera, Patea and Normanby may be having difficulty making calls, using mobile data and sending txt messages. Our technicians are working as quickly as they can to restore these services by installing a temporary site. We will be able to update on progress later today.
