It looks like we don't have permission to get email for *********@vodafone.co.nz.

Keep getting an email from microsoft outlook with the above heading.

Please can you help forward old Vodafone.co.nz emails to our Outlook.com account?

Everything was working fine until the last month or so and we get one of these emails every single day.

Also happening with the occasional old ihug.co.nz emails on my partner's personal account

 

I've tried to inform all of our new address, but obviously haven't captured all of them and, unless they turn up in junk emails, we can't identify who's still using the old address.

 

My understanding was that these emails would be forwarded to our Outlook email accounts

Mike, appreciate your response. Sent you a pvt message as requested, which you said you'd get onto the next morning.

I've since pvt messaged you again to see if any further, but nothing as yet.

Still getting the same emails from Outlook each day.

Would be really grateful if you could let me know what's happening.
