Email Forwarding

Hi there,
when vodafone email stopped I set up email forwarding from my vodafone account to my outlook account which seemed to be working fine.  However I have been getting messages from outlook notifying me 

It looks like we don't have permission to get email for ****@vodafone.co.nz.

Account Status:

The last successful sync was on 6/12/2017 11:39:25 AM UTC.

It goes on to give me instructions on how I can try to fix it but I can't seem to get it to work?  Can you please help?
