Coverage Issue

We've recently purchased a new house, which according to the coverage map should have good 3G, 4G and 4G Extend coverage.  Despite this we're having difficulty with phone calls - we can hear the person at the other end very clearly, though they can't hear us.  We're also not getting any 4G rececption.  Is there some way we can provide more detail so this can be investigated?
