Trying to get call diversion on my Business line with the ability to access it remotely. Was told it would be set up in "a few minutes" a couple of hours ago.
When/If it happens I am unsure about where to go from there. The "Using remote call divert on a business landline" is helpful (yet to be tested) except for where to get the mystery pin number from. When I asked about this, and after being on hold for some time, I am told to set it up on *72. When I search for info on *72 I get a page re "Phone Divert service for voice calling over broadband" with no refrence to business line OR setting up the pin number.
No idea what happens from here!!!
