I'm trying to get an old Saturn box and associated cables removed from my house as it is no longer in use and the cables are coming away from the house. I've been in touch with a couple of different people at Vodafone and they didn't know how to do this, and I've also been told to contact Chorus, who have said they can't do anything about it because its the property of Vodafone. I'm no longer a Vodafone customer and I'm not sure how to go about getting this sorted. I'm in Mornington in Wellington.
