New Fiber connection with T Box continuous problems

I upgraded from Vodafone broadband and Sky to fibre and Vodafone T Box. Paying extra a month for no noticeable difference in broadband speed and T Box isnt any better. After 2 weeks of connection and over 3 hours on the ph to VF (Manila most of the time) I still have no resolution!!!! VF is impossible to get hold off these days and the service has noticably dropped off in last few months. I still get txts to say Chorus wants permission to connect fibre!! and Vodafone txts about same! Sky TV wasnt cancelled either so paying for two accounts! What a mess Vodafone!

Hi there,

 

Now that you have Fibre and Vodafone TV active, you would need to call SKY and request to cancel the SKY connection so that you do not pay twice for the same TV service.

Hi there. We also have issues with mysky box not detecting any internet connection when all of our other devices we online with barely any problem.
