Customer Zone Login

I have an older TCL account. Last two months I haven't been able to log in to my Customer Zone account, plus I have stopped receiving my account statemnts by e-mail. There is no facility anymore to e-mail Vodafone with my problem and I don't want to spend 24 hours waiting on the phone for someone to answer. Anybody able to suggest how to get it sorted?
