top up was done on 7 July of $25 as my plan had expired. I received a tx from Vodafone at 9.52pm on 7 July, that I was All ready to go "you have a fresh load of data, mins and Txt" I was able to make calls and tx this morning, and now am unable to do so as Vodafone tx and said I have no data left, and on the Vodafone app it states that my plan is on hold?? I had same trouble last month, so what is happening, or what am I doing wrong ?????

No I didn't have IOU. Was trying to live chat to Vodafone to sort out, but can't find a phone number for them, or how to live chat !!! Stumbled on it last month, but cannot remember how
