Hi,
we recently switched to vodafone for both broadband and landline services. the vodafone moden (broadband services) turns out fine however our landline is not working, when we ring the landline, it tells us that this line is not connected. Can you check what's wrong with the telephone line?

Have you managed to get your phone working? If not, click on my name and send me a private message with your account number/phone number along with the serial number of the modem and I'll get this looked into.
