Recently I topped up my plan through the My Vodafone app, but it still says I need to top up and that it's on hold. I tried logging out and logging back in several times, clearing My Vodafone's cache/data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app entirely. It's also the same story through the my vodafone website. I even got the text telling me that my top up was successful, but I dont have any new minutes/data and am on casual rates. What should I do?
