Attn Retention team,

 

OK, last chance to keep me as a customer,

After a plan I had, had reached its conclusion, I chatted to the retention team member, his name was Josh.

We were able to come to an arrangement to continue your service and agreed upon a price that was acceptable.

 

So, why is my account saying I owe 199.73 this month when I have an agreament to pay 162.80

Last month it was 243.14

 

You're having a laugh surely?

 

Considering I've been stuck on hold for ages, maybe a public message may encourage a response?
