My new bank expects me to use an invoice number when I make an online payment. Currently, there are no broadband bills showing on My Vodafone for me to access the invoice number of my recent bill that needs paying. I have now received an overdue reminder because I cannot find the invoice number for my Broadband/Landline monthly bill - it is not showing alongside my mobile bills as it should be. Why is it not showing? I have been charged a late fee and am so frustrated by this!
