I pre-ordered my new iPhone 11 Pro the morning it was launched - 13th, 14th? One of the two. I am still yet to see it under my orders under My Vodafone. I called up, and of course the out of town 'helpers' weren't able to understand my request.
A) Show my order under My Orders tab for my account
B) Confirm that my phone WILL turn up tomorrow (20/09) to a residential/commercial area on launch date and NOT Monday, 3 days after I could of just walked into a store and gone "cool, thanks, bye".
I'm not sure what sort of scientist vodafone needs in order to do this, but I'd recommend they get onto it before I cancel it all and jump ship to 2Degrees!
