Thank you for sending me a package of Vodafone Rewards for being a loyal customer.
For some reason, this was sent to an address I don't use and I have looked everywhere online to try and change my postal address to the correct address. I cannot find anywhere to do this. It is the postal address for my On Account mobile.
Can someone help please?

Please give us a call on 0800 800 021 and we can tackle the change on that call.

So basically, there is nowhere for me to change my postal address online? I have to phone someone? If this is the case, I am gobsmacked.
It is not that I refuse to phone, but I prefer doing simple this like this online as when you 'talk' to someone with things like addresses, there is room for spelling mistakes etc. And it just takes up more time on the whole (for Vodafone resources and for me).
Surely you would agree that something as basic as a postal address change should be offered to customers online?

I do agree and it's something I'm actively working on but for now it's a phone thing.

The postal / billing address can be updated in "My Vodafone"
Log into Your Account
Hover over "Account Settings" in the top right
Click on " Billing Settings"
Under the "Bill Delivery Method" heading, click "Edit" and you can update the postal address.
