Hi there,
I recieve a text from Vodafone saying 'Sorry u don't have enough credit to send a txt message. Top up now...' about 20 times a day. I have turned off my iMessage and Facetime. Is there a way to block these messages or do I need to leave the network so I can finally stop being hassled by these annoying txt messages.
Kind regards,
Ashleigh.

Heres a link to Apples support page for blocking numbers.
https://support.apple.com/en-nz/ht201229
Good info on MacRumors website as well:
scroll down a bit to the option: How to a Number that messages you
https://www.macrumors.com/how-to/block-nuisance-calls-messages-iphone/
be aware though this will block other text's as well that might come from this number from Vodafone.

Hi, I blocked Vodafone but it's still spamming me even though it's blocked? I'm so confused! I've never had this happen before. Any other suggestions? Is there anything you can do on your end?

Nothing I can do on my end as I dont work for Vodafone. Just help people where I can.
Sounds like either
1: Service text's (like those you are getting) dont get blocked for some reason or
2: Those texts are coming from more than one number ??
If I was you, and if its possible, I'd go into my local Vodafone store and speak to one of the staff there.
I myself hate ringing the call centre as they say they will help but most times things dont get done !
Its also very possible that the texts cant be stopped unless you top up the phone by the miniumn amount.

Apologies but that's a service email that can't be blocked. Are you using an iPhone?
