Hi @LynMoore - is it best to speak to one of our billing people about this. I don't think we will be able to credit you for a network issue that is outside of our control, but they may be able to help in some way.

Vodafone have lost my landline number.
putnumber on holding exchange.
i have had to change to Spark because of bad service.
