Hi @LynMoore - is it best to speak to one of our billing people about this. I don't think we will be able to credit you for a network issue that is outside of our control, but they may be able to help in some way.

Old connection. Down since upgrade. Trying to connect with mobile is constantly cut off.

I had Fibre set up and now need my old landline reconnected, however i do not have a phone to call you to set it up

Vodafone have lost my landline number.
putnumber on holding exchange.
i have had to change to Spark because of bad service.
