When I click ''Plan & Add-ons
The page loads for a min then just goes black. Just started doing that this morning.
Tested on Windows 10 Chrome and Safari on IOS.

I have just tested on Win10 Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on iOS - I cannot replicate this issue and can get into "Plan & Addon's" every time without fail.
Can you try clearing your browsers cookies and cache and try again? Or go "Incognito mode, or Private Mode" and try again?

It may have happened when I changed my plan so maybe it's only happening on my account I have already tried in Incognito in chrome and private mode on IOS and both wont load. Also tried on a clean install of windows 10. The other thing that may be broken now since changing plans is the data counter. I've used 50MB since my plan refreshed and it still says I have 4GB max speed data remaining... I'm sure in the past even a small amount of usage will make it change to 3.9GB.
i am happy to make up a temporary password so you can have a quick test from your end?

Ok now I've used almost 200MB and still it says I have my full 4GB of max speed data.. maybe something is broken on my account and I'm going to be getting unlimited full speed data as it's not being counted 😂
