Hello VF 29/10 Rang VF to initiate plan change. Old - VDSL, Home Phone, limited data New - HFC, Home Phone, Unlim data Requested afternoon time. Agreed plan and cost. 30/10 Email advising date and time of visit. AM visit planned. 31/10 Rang VF and said it was afternoon visit that was asked. 1/11 Email advising change to date and time AM visit still planned. 1/11 Spent another hour on call to VF. Asked for afternoon visit, Yes will action. 2/11 VF ring, we have asked for 6pm visit but tech side only work to 4.30pm Holding violent anger in, said I wanted afternoon time not evening. I live in this country so know when technical people work. Foreign accented people do not have a clue and do their own thing when they have hung up. Long term customer and now looking at switch to other provider. Any thoughts as to who can be better or worse but have help team in this Country or speak English as first language.
