Hi, i have been on rural broadband for several years and seem to have periods where we have no access in the evenings. This is happening again and has been for a couple of months which is problematic as my partner and I are self employed and often need to emails in the evenings. And i may as well cancel my netflix subscription! Any thoughts?

@TracyNicholsMarcy You need to provide more information but sounds like over loading of the serving cell

Hi there. B300 is 3 generations old.
We've had B315 since then (4G modem certain bands) and current gen is B525 (supports all 4G frequencies + VOLTE).
I would very much recommend calling contact centre or visiting a store to replace this one. You'll get a far better experience!
