Phone not working

I have combined broadband/land line but the phone is not working. Cannot dial out and when I ring in it's engaged.

I can tell there are messages to check but cannot dial to check them either. HELP!

Sorry to hear about your issue, sounds like the phone hasn't been setup properly yet (I have the same phone setup). Best to give us a call on 0800 438 448 so that the team can check on your account setup.
