I have been overcharged on my account after switching to Fibre 100.
The deal was this:
Yet I have been charged:
- $79.87 (excl GST) for Unlimited - Fibre 100
- 2 x $13 for Model Postal Fee (One modem was sent to the wrong address by Vodafone, but still charged Postal Fee)
- $129.56 for Vodafone Ultra Hub.
How does this make any sense?
