Not able to add new account to My Vodafone on PC

How to add new account to my existing My Vodafone account when I log in on my PC with Google Chrome? I used to see my broadband and a dialup accounts, but I have been put onto a new broadband account and now all I see in my "My Vodafone" "Internet & Landline" is the dialup one. There are instructions on the Vodafone web site: http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/27544 , but I do not see the "Account settings"  drop down option in my Web browser as per the image at the above help page, under "Computer".
