No usage readings

My 'My Vodafone' broadband usage reading is not working.

It has one listing for June/July 2019 and it reads 0GB.

There are no other usage listings for the other months.

Hi Trinidan,

I have got the same issues. I rang vodafone and got fobbed off from one tech to another for 45 minutes. I ended up sending an email to customer services and made a complaint. I got a reply from them stating they have an issue with the app and they do not know what time frame it is going to take to resolve it. Not much help from either party. Hopefully they will get their act together and sort this out for us.
