Hi there, I purchased a new prepay SIM Card last week and have not been about to activate it via the getgoing link (says "Oops! Something went wrong. We cant seen to verify your SIM right now. Please try again in a few mins or call us on 777.") I've tried every day since I got it and have called 777, but all staff are unavailable (Covid-19). Can someone please help? This was meant to be my work phone so I can work from home - thank you!
