Just had an hour on the phone trying to connect to myvodafone.
The lady was very helpful but no amount of reseting passwords would allow me to get past the login page.
"Username or password incorrect."
She was able to login so I tried Chromium rather than Firefox and it worked.
Rechecked with Firefox. Definitely will not work.
Opera and Chromium will work fine
Firefox just had update to ver74.0 so some compatibility issue there.
Give the Help desk a heads up to try a different browser if there are login issues.

Just tried to login with Firefox and no luck. (my preferred browser)
Remembered this issue and Chromium worked fine.
So Firefox compatibility issue still a problem

Have you cleared the browser Cookies and Cache?
Have you tried a "Private Browsing" Window in Firefox (To show wether it is an issue with cached data etc)

I have logged into my "My Vodafone" in Firefox for years without any issues.
