My Vodafone not working on either mobile or website

Recently I can't seem to login to My Vodafone, either via app or website - the website says you're experiencing technical difficulties, while the app just says "sorry we can't collect your information" and doesnt seem to change no matter how many times I delete and redownload the app.

 

This has been going on for a few weeks, and its making it really hard to top up, or check how my data/minutes are going.
