Hi,
I'm having trouble logging into My Vodafone account online. I've tried forgotten password but because my mobile is with another provider it says I'm incorrect...not sure how to get back in.

Was your My Vodafone account for that mobile that is now with another provider?

No I only used My Vodafone for my broadband. I had trouble making the account because of this and so I was given a vodafone mobile number to use as my log in which is 02108390996, but I only ever used this as a log in number, never for mobile. Sorry, not sure if this helps you!!
