My Vodafone Data counter not working

My data counter has stopped working.

 

I am on a 60GB mobile broadband plan; I'm 7 days into the current billing cycle, I have watched at least 20 hours of streamed video from US news websites, and my dial still shows 60GB.

 

I can't keep track of my usage when the data counter doesn't tell me how much I have used.

 

(PS: NOT browser related. I have the same problem in Firefox, Chrome and Edge.)

Two days, and no-one knows what is causing this!?

@smartcooky  Have you called Voafone to invetigate the issue?

Yes.

After spending 45 minutes "on hold" and then being duck-shoved to three different people, and having to re-explain the problem all over again, every time, I got pissed off with waiting and being mucked around. My time is valuable, and I can't afford to spend it on the phone waiting for some service. So I thought I would try here where at least I don't have to commit to staying on the line. Looks like I'll get no help here either.
