G'day
Since the latest update the My Vodafone app (iOS) keeps crashing: Tap on app > Signing in message appears > Retrieving account information message appears > Account summary page appears > spinning pizza wheels > CRASH.
Have reset phone, rebooted phone, etc to no avail.
Not just my device, I know of four others having the same issue.
Wondering when the next app fix/update is due.

Hi, try to uninstall the VF app that you currently have. Then, txt MY to 790. Click the link (you'll be routed to the MYA/ My Vodafone App)

then put your login details. If you will xperience some troubles with regards to the app, call CSR at 777 so that we can further assist you.

Unfortunately have already trashed and reinstalled the app a couple of times to no avail.
Five of us with different phone models all having the same problem seems to indicate it's an app rather than a phone specific problem.

Hi, If the app is still not working now, give us a call so that we can create a ticket for your faulty app. If this process won't work, then the best thing that you can do is to visit the nearest VF shop to have it checked by our tech.

Mike..Is there somewhere that we, as users, can see that the Vodafone staff are verified ?
The posts you offer here contain info/links etc that i would be hesitant to carry out without knowing that you are an "official" Vodafone staff member.

In todays world you have to be careful.

Yeah, I understand that you're skeptical but no worries I'm one of VF customer care supports. That is the format on getting the VF App.

Hi, I'd also like to say that I have exactly the same issue with my iPhone. The issue started around 2-4 weeks ago, possibly related to one of the latest iOS updates.

You could well be right about the iOS update.
11.3.1 came out on 24 April and I would have upgraded a few days after that which makes the timing about right for when My Vodafone started crashing for me. Have checked with the others I know who are having problems and they too are running iOS 11.3.1

Will raise with the My Vodafone team. A brand new version is under testing but will mention current issue to see if we can get a dot fix in place.
