How many Customer service reps do I need to speak to, to get a resolution? (lovely people, not their fault)
Ever since Vodafone updated to email login:
Can't stay logged in to my account, online, for more than 60secs; and can't access any of the Plan services (apparently I'm not authorized - what to access my own account).
And as far as the mobile app is concerned, it's an absolute joke; what's the point - can't even login to that at all
How about Vodafone Beta testing the systems before rolling them out?
