I have moved house & completed the documentation to change the billing into my name. I have had no further correspondense from you and would like to know what is going on please.
Will the account number remain the same etc etc.
Appreciate someone contacting me.

@MikeHales LANDLINE IS STILL NOT WORKING...... Have a new account in my name - not the change of name as requested. Paid final bill as per instructions and now have an email showing that the old account is in cresdit - need to arrange to transfer this to the new account which was set up. (Had just requested a name change).

What kind of connection do you have? VDSL or fibre etc?

Also, could you message me, click on my name, with old/new account numbers and the name you want on the account.
