Monthly VCC set up instructions not working

 Hi.  I want to set up monthly credit card payments for my home line and broad band. I have been following the Vodafone A instructions for a recurring payment  https://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/14129#recurring but it's not working. I think the problem is that when I go to the set up page my customer name and billing account info is prepopulated with the incorrect info. I can't edit it. Instead it has my mobile phone number and email address. Does anyone know a way to fix this? I've tried calling support several times and been in store and no one can fix it. When I complete the form with the prepopulated customer name and billing account I get a bounceback saying my billing account number is incorrect. I don't want to pay via bank account. I want to set up monthly payments by credit card but the instructions aren't working for me. Has anyone else run into a similar issue?
