My husband has a Vodafone account and service in this area is very poor. This last week it has virtually ground to a halt ...he is unable to make or receive calls, and no able to access the Internet. I use the Spark network which is appalling for mobile phone calls but ok for internet (I changed to Spark from Vodafone).
Vodafone should look after its 2G and 3G customers before upgrading to 4G. Their customer service is Non-existent it seems.
