A few days ago I toped up my usual monthly plan for my phone and a few days later when I didn't use any of my data all my data is gone.

Look at all your usage in the VodafoneNZ app and the VodafoneNZ site you can check up to 31 days usage

I have done that but it doesn't show. It says, "You have no data usage in last 31 days."
