Why does it seem so hard to get some help from Vodafone these days.We renewed and merged our home plan and mobile accounts back in Feb, it took 4 months (with no communication) and when it finally happened our landline stopped working. I made a complaint online and no answer after 3 full working days. you ring sales they transfer you to overseas. you ring tech they say you need to talk to sales. So frustrating
