March bill incorrect, no response from customer service

A month ago I wanted to switch providers to a cheaper one but Vodafone offered a discount on the plan I had if I stayed on for another 12months. Now that my March bill came it is the normal amount not the discounted amount. 

Tried to call but the said to hang up unless it was related to an emergency or medical reason?
Then spoke to a customer service rep via the online chat bot but they ended the chat before doing anything? 

Not sure how else to contact Vodafone! Social media seems to be unresponsive too.
