Going around in circles trying to log into My Vodafone. Can log into Customer Zone but I want to try and change some phone features and can't log into internet and landline. If I go into forgot password I need a log in ID. Any ideas apart from ringing them as my last request to change phone features has not happened.

If you are logging into the Customer Zone platform, you will not be able to log into My Vodafone.
Customer Zone is the My Vodafone equivalent. However, if you are wanting to add/change phone features, send me a PM with your customer number along with the features youre wanting to change, and I'll get this sorted.
