My landline is not working. I can't call into it and when I call my mobile from it the number showing on my mobile is a Christchurch number (I live in Auckland). I receive calls from someone trying to get hold of her daughter on another number.
So ....
I tried using the Chatbot on MyVodafone to sort this out, but when I got to it asking for my email address the chatbot repeatedly rejected my email address saying it was not a valid email address (it is valid).
Evenutally I called a ninja but it took so long that I lost the connection when another call came through.
Can anyone help with this?
1. How do I sort out the Chatbot not working on Myvodafone?
2. How do I sort out the landline I am paying for but it is not working?
I feel a bit mean whining about this when Covid is threatening our way of life, but I need this sorted out.

Same issue for us in last 2-3 days.
Landline is (was) 03365**** and neither we nor anyone esle can phone in. Phoning out we are now 03 981**** and this will also accept calls to our home.

If you Factory reset your modem (push the pinhole button in until all the lights go out) , then leave it 10mins for the phone light to come back on. it should reprovision the phone line to it. Hopefully the correct one.
If not you need to call up to get it fixed up.

Tried Factory Reset but same problem
If I call my mobile it comes up as a completely different number calling from Christchurch
If I call my landline number it says the number I am trying to reach is not availalbe to take my call

@NeilHeslop The correct phone number needs to be provisioned to your modem. If you send me a private message with both your correct and bad phone numbers I can arrange to get it fixed like the other persons.
