LOG IN HAS STOPPED WORKING - PASSWORD AND RESET ALSO NOT WORKING

24TH MARCH 2020

THIS WEEK VODAFONE WEBSITE WOULD NOT LET ME LOG IN.

PASSWORD AND RESET IS ALSO NOT WORKING

 

For some reason Vodafone would not let me log in to my vodafone account this week.

My log in name and password have not changed and i have not forgotten it.

 

So i proceeded to change password thru the Reset feature.

 

However after changing to another password and confirming,

Vodafone Website will still Not let me Log In.

 

Does any one know if this has happened to anyoine else, because I tried again today and still nothing is working and I cant log in.

 

ny Help would be appreciated if you are listening Vodafone.

 

I tried calling them but because of the Coronavirus no one is there to answer phone calls.

My pasword just stopped working one day for no reason

and i didnt forget it.

i tried the reset function and confirm the chnage but still could not log in with the new password.

 

i have had the same password for a long time.

This is not a one off situation. I tried to login to do some payments on behalf of a few elderly family members, and they all got rejected. Or rather the ID/passwords are accepted but then as the My Vodafone screen comes up it is automatically logged off "for security resons".  I ended up doing all the top-ups manually so its okay for now, but there's obviously some sort of system error here.

Me too! For the past two months now. I use my email address and password, it appears to briefly log me in then logs me out with a message at the bottom of the screen about "keeping me safe". My browser is Microsoft Edge Developer Edition Version 83.0.478.10 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

I cleared all the Vodafone cookies off my system and that got it working again. It could be worth a try.
